MICRO HOUSING STUDY
DALLAS, TEXAS
These studies looked at two existing shopping centers which were sleepy and over parked. The goal was to revitalize the centers by mindfully adding residential units. Rather than place a massive apartment building in the parking lot, this study looked at a smaller scale solution which maintain a pedestrian connection to the street and retail units.
Each apartment is designed with the idea of creating smart, affordable homes for the underserved population.
